The Team
Mr. Moroz is a Native New Yorker and a graduate of Richmond College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Moroz started his career in the Oil Refinery and Power Plant industries in the design, engineering and field implementation with Foster Wheeler and Burns & Roe. With the changes in these industries Mr. Moroz moved over into the Telecom Business with Western Union, where he was the Chief Facilities Engineer for the Northeast Region, design build of packet switches, fiber optic repeaters, microwaves and cell sites.
Mr. Moroz started Tech Nel Electric in 1984 as an Electrical and Mechanical Contractor, has progressed into a General Contractor. Mr. Moroz holds Electrical Licenses in New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana, as well is a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
Tech Nel Electrics experience includes over 2000 Telecom Sites builds in the Northeast Region as well as the Distribution and Installation of Radiant Infra-red Heaters for energy management in the NY Metropolitan Area.
George A. Kritzler, C.E.M. is our Energy Conservation Engineer
Mr. Kritzler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Kritzler spent 32 years as Principal Senior Engineer at ConEd and is presently active as a Consulting Engineer/CoGen Engineer, HVAC Design Engineer and an Energy Conservation Engineer for several major National Corporations, as well as for us at Tech Nel Electric.
Mr. Kritzler is very involved in designing HVAC, boiler, and infra-red heating systems, in addition to providing energy audits which not only having reduced energy/cooling costs, have also resulted in NYSERDA and additional rebates, up to $50,000.00. Mr. Kritzlers Professional Affiliations include Certified Energy Manager – 10 yrs, Past President of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), AEE Board of Directors – 3 yrs, Past Vice President, Region I, AEE – 3 yrs, Past President, New York Chapter, AEE – 2 yrs, Senior Member of ASHRAE – American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers

Mario Canter excels at providing comprehensive Wireless Network Design and systems analysis. As an outstanding project and program leader Mario Canter is able to coordinate and direct at all phases of project based efforts while managing, motivating and guiding teams.
Mario Canter is a Certified Anritsu Site Master Wireless RF Tester, EIA/TIA Certified Fiber Optic tester/splicer, who received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. Mario Canters experience also includes 4 years as a United States Army Communications Field Engineer and Electronic Technician
